Bedroom with indoor and outdoor lock. In a beautiful contemporary villa 10 minutes from the beach (Promenade des Anglais). The villa is on two floors. The upstairs rooms are rented. The rooms have new and have a bathroom. The toilets are upstairs for different guests. Tenants have access to a large American kitchen, a swimming pool.
