FREE PARKING ON PREMISE The space This spacious 1-bedroom apartment, the top floor corner unit of a 3-floor building, offers a large bedroom queen bed. The living room also includes two additional single-size beds. Linens are provided for all, as are a set of bath and beach towels. Beach chairs and a cooler are also provided. The bathroom is accessible from the bedroom. Hairdryer, basic toiletries like shampoo, hand soap, and toilette paper are provided. Enjoy cooking in the kitchen with a stove and oven, microwave, fridge, pots and pans, serving ware, and french-press coffee maker. Enjoy your meals at the dining table or at the bistro table on the balcony. When you've finished your day, retire to the sofa to enjoy some TV (Netflix (available with self login, no cable), WiFi, or a book from our eclectic selection. Guest access This is a private apartment, exclusive for your use. Make yourself at home! Parking space is covered, free and included in the price. The Parking is an assigned space. Clearance 6’ 3’’ You're also welcome to use the laundry machines in the building which are $2.50 per load. If you need to do laundry, the building has a laundry room in the parking lot, which is coin operated. Also, we provide as a welcome courtesy: • 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper. • Hand soap and shampoo. • Dish-washing detergent and sponge. • Paper napkins. • General cleaning items. • We do not provide salt, oil, coffee or sweetener. Since my apartment is not a hotel, we do not provide Room Service. Very close to the apartment you can find large supermarkets such as Publix. PLEASE keep this in mind in order to plan your shopping. We can provide a crib and high chair when requested in advance. This is a historic building and while newly refurbished, the walls are on the thinner side. As such, we ask guests to be mindful of noise levels. Loud music is not permitted at any time and quiet hours are enforced. There are security cameras on the exterior spaces of the building.
