Guest access You will have private access to the entire home during your stay. The only exceptions are the attic, which is not available for guest use, and the basement. Guests may access the basement for the sole purpose of using the washer and dryer. Other things to note Guest Registration: As we are professionally hosted, you will be required to complete a few steps after your reservation is confirmed. You will receive a link to our guest portal to complete ID verification, sign a short-term rental agreement, and arrange for the security deposit. Security Deposit: We require a $300 security deposit, collected two days before check-in. It will be returned two days after check-out, provided there is no damage, missing items, or need for excessive cleaning. Laundry Services: A washer and dryer are available for your use in the basement. We do not provide laundry detergent, though previous guests may have left some behind. Reporting Issues: We thoroughly prepare the home for your arrival, but if you notice any issues or pre-existing damage, please report it to us within 24 hours of check-in. Should any problems arise during your stay, contact us immediately so we can resolve them quickly.
