Guest access You will have private access to the entire home during your stay. The only exceptions are the attic, which is not available for guest use, and the basement. Guests may access the basement for the sole purpose of using the washer and dryer. Other things to note Occupancy & Extra Guests: Your booking rate includes up to 5 guests. This home accommodates a maximum of 7. Each additional guest beyond 5 is charged $55 per person, per night, for the full length of the reservation. Bringing unauthorized guests may result in forfeiture of your deposit. Guest Registration: As a professionally hosted home, we ask every guest to complete a few short steps once your reservation is confirmed. You'll receive a link to our guest portal for ID verification, a short-term rental agreement, and the security deposit. Security Deposit: We collect a $300 refundable deposit two days before check-in and release it two days after check-out, provided there is no damage, no missing items, and no need for excessive cleaning. Laundry: A washer and dryer are available in the basement. We do not supply detergent, though guests often leave some behind. Plumbing: Please flush only toilet paper and natural waste — no wipes, paper towels, or sanitary items, including anything labeled "flushable." A $250 fee applies if professional service is required. Reporting Issues: We prepare the home thoroughly, but if you notice any pre-existing damage or issue, please tell us within 24 hours of check-in. If anything comes up during your stay, contact us right away so we can fix it quickly.
