We offer and operate tourist services aimed at improving our client's quality of life. Our alternative ancestral techniques use renewable natural resources native to the Andean Paramo region of Antisana and are available at no additional cost. Come check out our central viewpoint in the middle of a volcanic chain! All facilities are located on my family's land. All facilities are new, with the exception of my late-parent's house. That building is currently undergoing renovation and will be turned into a museum in the near future. There are other various installations currently undergoing construction in the backyard, but none of them will impede guest accessibility or comfort. In addition to their private rooms, guests have access to all shared areas. Shared areas include the main entrance, all spa facilities, patio, backyard, balcony (viewpoints accessible via spiral stairs), and bar/restaurant. I can help relay messages to the staff if you require any assistance during your stay. Staff will always be found by the spa facilities from 9:00AM to 5:00PM. Balcón de Pinantura is located in front of a lava trail. It is in a very safe, quiet rural area next to a milk farm. Guests are advised to arrange their own means of transportation, but can let us know in advance if they would like assistance with transportation arrangements for an additional cost. We understand guests may not feel comfortable sharing our spa facilities with others. For an additional fee, guests can make reservations to access our spa facilities privately. Spa facilities are open to the public from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Reservations for private sessions can be made for any time with advanced notice. Swimwear is required to use our spa facilities (flip flops optional). We rent and sell clothing if needed. Spa towels are provided for Airbnb guests.
