Enjoy the peace of the mountains in a stylish, well- equipped villa. With plenty of space to celebrate special occasions or enjoy a fun holiday, making use of the large family games room but also finding a quiet space to relax. The house, for 17 guests is on 3 floors and an apartment on the 4th floor can be booked separately for big groups, so total capacity of 30 guests. A babbling brook runs by the terrace with beautiful walks and historical castles and towns and ski slopes a short drive away. The space On the ground floor you will find a spacious family/games room ideal for celebrations, weddings and celebrations, with seating for 30, a family area with a children´s corner, table football, a piano, a cosy ceramic stove and a bar. also there is a kitchen and 2 toilets on this floor. On the first floor there are 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a 4th smaller room. For larger group we offer the possibility to rent the stylish apartment on the 2nd floor where you can find a further 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen/ diner Guest access Our guests have sole access to the whole house, gardens and tennis court.
