Plenty of parking for multiple cars. The space Bills Place is a cozy 3 bedroom/2 full bathroom home that is awesome for families, friends, traveling nurses and more with full use of entire home excluding garage and owners supply closet. ●Sea blue bedroom 1 king, 1 queen, pack n play in closet, private full bathroom, Smart HD TV allows guests to watch live and use their own account ●Safari room 1 full, seating table for 2 ●Sage green room 1 full, 2 twin ●Living room 1 sofa, 1 pull out sofa bed, love seat, 2 single chairs, and Smart HD TV allows guests to watch live and use their own account ●Linens for sofa bed are in large basket beside the sofa. ●Twin air mattress, pump, linens in front foyer closet. ●Backup bed linens for each bed are in each room closet. ●Ocean bathroom shower head turns on by pulling down ring on tub spicket. ●Large dining room, kitchen island seating, outside deck seating ●Variety of board games, cards, books, Corn Hole, Ring Washer toss ●3 pop-up canopies, 6 camping chairs, and a 38 qt wheeled cooler in front of the foyer closet, perfect for De Turf and the beach to save you the hassle. *The attached and locked garage which is my personal use can be rented if you need during your stay for additional $400. Bill's Place is: •No smoking inside! •No pets, even though we love pets! •No parties - We have mad respect for our neighbors ●Violation fee $100.per night ●Ring camera is on front and back steps of both entrances! Do not cover ring as they are strictly for my well being in case of injury. Guest access Home access is front door Keycode. This is sent to you two days prior to check-in. Other things to note We are new hosts who live and work locally in the family restaurant industry. We raised our sons with work ethic and playing sports, and during their travel lax years, we wish home rentals were easily available other than hotels. So we decided to give it a go and provide a home for others to have more comfort and ease of traveling. *if in town for sports or construction, all shoes must be kept on porch due to carpet and hardwood floors. If stay is longer than 1 week, trash is picked up every Wednesday. All items, linens, dishes are accouned for. Renters will be notified and charged for missing items.
