King Bed! Fun & Fresh Villa 2m to beach! No Stairs

Welcome to “Hideaway Villa Surfside,” a fresh and modern villa less than 2 miles to the beach! 1st floor unit with no stairs! The space sleeps 2 with a spacious king bed and the benefit of a full size kitchen and living area with laundry. We are a privately owned unit in Grand Palms Resort, and while their shuttle, amenities and extras are not included with this listing, you will enjoy parking for up to 2 cars, WiFi, premium cable and a safe, quiet space to call home! The space Hideaway Villa was recently updated with all new paint, countertops, furnishings, fixtures and more! This home is the perfect place to relax in a more laid back area that allows you privacy or the ability to enjoy the action of the Grand Strand if you prefer. Located in Surfside Beach, "The Family Beach,” you will be mere minutes from all the areas attractions! The villa features a main bedroom with KING bed, a living room with large sofa, leather conversation chairs, washer/dryer, one full bath, and a spacious kitchen with ample seating. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking basics and more. You’ll also enjoy a selection of board games, puzzles and toys as well! Please reach out to host prior to booking if a specific item is needed but you don’t see it listed and we will see what we can do! Guest access You will have complete access to the condo except for lock-off unit/storage closets. Thank you for your understanding that these doors are off limits to guests and are marked “private.” At times, the owner/host or the resort team may need to access the villa (indoors or patio area) for scheduled or emergency maintenance (i.e. regular pest control or fire extinguisher check,) that can not be scheduled between guests. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We will ensure any disruptions are as minimal as possible and you are provided with appropriate notice if it is a non-emergency if we are aware of it beforehand. Other things to note Please note, while we do list ourselves a kid-friendly home, as fellow parents, we do think it’s important to state that you may not feel comfortable with things like bodies of water behind the condo buildings, lack of cabinet locks, outlet covers, etc. Knives in kitchen, accessible cleaning products and breakables may also be an issue for your family. Please message host if you have any questions about safety concerns for your child and we ask that they be supervised at all times for their safety. As mentioned, resort and city quiet hours are 11pm-7am. We are one of the safest and most serene resorts on the Grand Strand, but it is a shared building and as such, there may be occasional noise from other guests & owners, landscaping, resort staff or from surrounding neighborhood construction. The Villa is located in a multi -unit building in a resort. There may occasionally be maintenance or construction sounds from other units, especially during off season (Oct-Mar.) Quiet time is observed from 11pm - 7am throughout the resort. WE REGRET WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS. Failure to check-out on time will result in a fee. CHECK-IN : 4:00 PM  CHECK-OUT : 10:00 AM  Front door keypad details and a digital copy of our guidebook will be provided 24-48 hours prior to your arrival once all information and payment (s) are received. -Please simply start dishwasher and take out bagged trash to outside receptacle. -Please place all used towels in provided laundry basket. -Please don’t strip or wash bedding - you’re on vacation! -Set A/C to 75 degrees (Set heat to 65 in winter months) -Close and lock doors -Don't forget to check unit for left behind personal items That’s it! SAFE TRAVELS! HOA Rules & Regulations: Please treat our home and the grounds with the same respect as you would your own. Thanks in advance!! Pets: No pets allowed by renters or their guests. Patio/Lawn: Please do not remove patio furniture. No towels or bathing suits are to be hung to dry. Please shake out sand and utilize the condo washer and dryer. No portable grills are permitted, please use community charcoal grills on back lawn behind some buildings. You must attend the grill at all times during use. Trash: All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the containers provided steps away on the right side of the building. Hazardous Materials: No flammable fluids such as kerosene, explosive or flammable materials or any other articles deemed hazardous are permitted in units. Common Areas: Please do not obstruct any hallways or common areas with bikes, floats, chairs etc. There is a shared bike rack located between most buildings should you need it. No consumption or public display of alcoholic beverages is allowed in the common areas. Parking: Each unit is allowed 2 unassigned parking spaces. No boats, trailers or oversized vehicles shall park in the community lots. Please be considerate of other guests and homeowners. No golf carts are allowed in the resort. Noise: Quiet hours are between 11pm-7am as per city ordinance. Please consider your neighbors & noise kept at a kind and respectable sound level. The Resort HOA will impose a $100 fine for each infraction of rules, daily. This fee is the responsibility of the guest and will be charged through the Airbnb system.
