Our house is located in Alsancak, Kyrenia. (Northern Cyprus). Our villa's pool is a private pool. It is not shared with others. It will be yours only after you rent it. :) Our villa is 52 km from ERCAN Airport, 180 km from Paphos and 89 km from Larnaca (LCA) Airports. Our villa is very close to the main street and only 5 minutes away from Merit hotels. You can easily access supermarkets that are open 24/7. There are cafes, bars, restaurants, casinos, bus stops, taxi offices and pharmacies around it. The space Our villa is only 5 minutes away from Merit hotels and beaches. Details and more: Our villa is 3+1 and each room has a double bed. Water and electricity are included in the price during the stay. However, the electricity meter is checked after entering the house. If there is too much electricity consumption and the house is damaged, you will be charged from the deposit after leaving the house!! Therefore, we recommend that you use the air conditioners with care. There are 4 high-quality air conditioners in our villa, which are also used as heaters. As long as they are used with the appropriate settings, there is absolutely no problem with cooling and heating. You can contact us for accurate and efficient air conditioning usage. Our villa has an electric water heater system and hot water is available 24/7. After plugging in the water heater in the living room, turn on the heater for a maximum of 40 minutes and then turn it off. If there is no hot water (valid for winter months), you can wait a maximum of 1 hour and take a shower with hot water. After taking your shower, be sure to unplug the water heater in the living room!!! Our villa is designed for short or long trips, business trips (suitable for guests working online or remotely), health tourism, education and holiday lovers and families with its equipped kitchen and white goods. The entrance to the house is through a locked box system. (There is a locked box on the wall next to the entrance door to enter the house. After entering a 4-digit password, the box opens and the key is inside the box.) Once the reservation is confirmed, all the details will be shared with you and the entire house is reserved for guests during the stay. We are ready to help with any requests and demands, it will be very easy to reach us. There is a smart TV in our house. We offer fast internet services with conditions for remote work. Other things to note Warnings, things to know and information to remember: Very Important: You need to plug in the water heater in the living room for hot water. Turn it on 40 minutes before taking a shower and then turn it off. (The plug is in the living room) otherwise an explosion may occur due to overheating. Never forget to turn it off, you will be charged if it explodes! 1) If you are using a foreign SIM card, contact your company, otherwise you may pay a lot of phone bills. 2) If you use too much electricity and damage the house, you will be charged. The meter is checked at the entrance to the house. If requested, a screenshot can be sent to you at the entrance to the house and a comparison can be made with the next one after you leave. 3) There are problems with GPRS, please follow the directions we sent you when you check in, otherwise you may experience minor problems :) 4) Cyprus is very hot in summer, please be careful to avoid ant attacks, do not leave any food outside. It would be helpful to close the toilet after using it. 5) We purchase cleaning services. In particular, please dispose of your garbage and wash the items used in the kitchen. For long stays, cleaning service can be provided as an additional service upon request. 6) Please contact us if you have any requests. (Such as calendar issues and reservations for the future.) 7) The air conditioners are state-of-the-art and you will have the desired temperature and coolness when the HEATER mode is used for the WINTER season and the COOL mode is used for the SUMMER season between 20-23 degrees. Turn off the air conditioners when you are not at home and use them carefully and diligently, otherwise we may request electricity money after you leave the house. You can contact us for efficient and accurate consumption. 8) Do not leave the key on the door and lock the door when you are in the house. Lockbox is available. After checking out of the house, be sure to put the key in the lockbox and definitely turn off the fuse in the house. 9) Sometimes we arrive home late after leaving the house. Please do not leave anything in the house or freezer that may cause an odor.
