It has 3 suites, only one of which has a double bed; the other two suites each have 2 single box-spring beds that, when joined together, form a double bed plus a built-in trundle bed. It has a dining room with a beautiful table for 6 people connected to the kitchen and separated by a glass door from the gourmet area. In the gourmet area, there is a barbecue, a pizza oven, a sink, a table with 8 seats, a small mini-fridge, a small table for chess games with two chairs, and an incredible view. As a condominium security rule, guests must inform in advance the models and license plates of the cars that will enter the garage, as well as the names and document numbers of all guests, for entry into the condominium. The apartment is non-smoking. The person responsible for the rental must be present; we do not accept reservations for third parties. Please respect the number of guests indicated on the platform. Other things to note 1. Guests must respect the condominium bylaws, including the Noise Law. Loudspeakers, shouting, and high volume are not permitted and are subject to fines. 2. Guests must submit the names of all guests on a document, along with the license plate and model of their car, to obtain authorization to enter the condominium before arrival. This is a condominium rule for security reasons. Guests who refuse to submit this information will be denied entry to the condominium and their apartment. 3. Day visits, lunches, barbecues, etc., and the use of common areas of the condominium are not permitted. 4. Stays longer than 3 days require hiring a cleaning service to maintain hygiene. 5. Smoking cigarettes, hookahs, and similar items is prohibited. 6. Pets are not allowed. 7. For safety reasons, the fireplace cannot be used. It is a decorative piece located very close to the furniture. 8. The person responsible for the rental must be present; we do not accept reservations for third parties. 9. Parents must pay attention to safety precautions for children on stairs, balconies, windows, the pool, and in the building's internal and external areas. 10. Only the number of adults and children booked on the platform and with the previously submitted documents will have access to the apartment.
