Cookout on the grill or a campfire with smores for evening fun. Dock is ready for a 10 ft boat or Kayak if you have one. There is also a Kayak rental service in nearby Cazenovia. The water is clear and refreshing! The space Open concept living & kitchen with Wifi & TV. Bunk beds full size mattress on bottom bunk off from living room. Master has king size bed with TV and 2 dressers and cloths hanging space. Guest access 50 feet water access from maple tree to white birch tree. Includes dock, yard, camp, deck and 1 car space. Basement is off limits, wood pile under maple tree and canoe under white birch is all off limits. Please be mind-full of neighbors property. Other things to note Water safety. If you bring any water toys, you are responsible for them, yourself and guests. Bring extra wood. No loud music.
