The River's Inn

Enjoy a cozy getaway at this centrally-located AirBNB, just steps to downtown and marina where there are several restaurants, shops and live music! You can sit on one of the many outdoor decks and enjoy the scenic river. Or pack your bags for the beach to swim and fish, there are 2 beaches to chose from within walking distance. We have beach toys for the little ones and towels are provided. During the Holidays we have the house decorated for the Season! *Master bed/bath are located downstairs. The space Originally The River's Inn was built as phone company with switch boards for connecting calls and has history in Prescott. Now it's a cozy home with a costal feel and all the amenities to make it as comfortable as possible during your stay. It can accommodate 6 people for sleeping with the pullout bed in the living room, however, there are only 2 bedrooms. Guest access Guest will have full access to the home. There are 2 decks to enjoy, one in the front and the other in the back that has a grill, picnic table and outdoor cooler. Other things to note *Kitchen There are basic condiments supplied, cooking oil, salt/pepper, individual mayo packets, coffee, paper plates and individual plastic silverware for picnics, paper towels etc... *Bathroom essentials Shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, lotion and hair dryer. *Laundry room Laundry detergent, dryer sheets provided. *Extras Beach towels and beach toys for children. ***Being an historic home the steps to the lower level are a bit steep as in many built during that era. Note for elderly or anyone who may have mobility concerns.
