A high-quality, custom-made fireplace in a simple, cubic design with an integrated wood shelf will pamper you in the cooler months. A fully equipped kitchen including a Delonghi coffee machine, flat screen TV, and Wi-Fi allow you to relax or go online, depending on your needs. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a floor-level rain shower and underfloor and wall heating. The dining table and coffee table furniture are not off-the-shelf but individually handmade from steel and gnarled reclaimed wood. The open-plan living area thrives on contrasts and clarity. The new, particularly comfortable sofa invites you to relax, while four high-quality box-spring beds in the bedrooms ensure restful nights—here, relaxation is naturally the focus. Large sliding doors lead to the spacious Garapa wood terrace, which also invites you to enjoy barefoot outdoor living. The house is slightly elevated, so you can see the sea from the kitchen counter and the terrace. The beach is only about 250 meters away – ideal for spontaneous swimming breaks, morning walks, or a last stroll to the water at sunset. With a sauna, outdoor shower, barbecue, and various lounge and seating areas, life effortlessly shifts outdoors. You can also bring up to two dogs with you to this house – perfect for long walks on the nearby beach and in the surrounding countryside.
