A fantastic base to explore The Catlins. An Old New Zealand Villa with large deck overlooking the bay. Walking distance to the beach. Warm house with old character surrounded by bush, nature walks and penguin colonies. Close to the Owaka township. Please note this is an old rustic kiwi holiday home. It has flaws and creaks, but is a wonderful space to unwind.
