Ekostay Tropicana Aum Villa, located in the serene Tungarli area of Lonavala, is an exquisite 4-bedroom villa, thoughtfully designed for a cozy and comfortable retreat. With its inviting ambiance and ample space, it provides an ideal escape from the everyday hustle and bustle. The villa boasts a private pool alongside a volleyball court and a charming gazebo The space Bedrooms: (1 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor) The villa comprises four bedrooms, with one located on the ground floor and the remaining three on the first floor. All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning for your comfort. Each of the four bedrooms features a queen-sized bed, and additional bedding can be provided upon request (charges may apply). Living Room: The living room includes seating for four people on a comfortable sofa. A spacious six-seater dining table is available for your meals. Please note that the living room does not have air conditioning, but it does have a television. Bathrooms: The villa boasts five bathrooms in total, with four attached to individual bedrooms and one communal bathroom. Basic toiletries are provided, but please bring your towels. Geysers are installed in all bathrooms for hot water. Kitchen & Dining: · Should you desire, in-house meals can be arranged by connecting with your dedicated host in advance. · Heavy cooking is prohibited. · The kitchen is semi-equipped with essential appliances, including a refrigerator and water purifier. · Cutlery and crockery are readily available for your use. Outdoor Area: The villa's outdoor area features a pool, gazebo, and a comfortable seating area on the lawn. Please note that a nylon swimming costume is mandatory when using the pool. The private indoor pool is available from 2pm till 10pm, the pool size is (18x10x4.5ft). Additional Amenities: In the event of a power failure, an inverter is on hand to provide backup power. Games such as Carrom, Uno, Racket, and Playing Cards are available. Complimentary WiFi access is available during your stay. It may be intermittent at times. Mosquito repellent can be provided upon request. Car parking is available outside the villa. You can arrange for a bonfire with prior notice and at an additional cost. Other Important Information: The villa is situated in a natural setting, so please be aware that leaving food outdoors may attract insects and animals. To combat mosquitoes, we offer repellents, but we recommend closing doors and windows in the evening to keep them out of the house. TRUE FACTS: - Secured Parking Space for 1 cars. - Caretaker available onsite/on call from 9 am to 9 pm. - Construction going on next to the property. - There are Villas adjacent to the property. - The villa offers limited outdoor space, primarily in the form of the guest landing and parking area. - Swiggy & Zomato - Operational. - 15 minutes from Lonavala Main Market. Guest access The property features a private plunge pool, lush green surroundings, and a delightful atmosphere. Guests can engage in board games or simply unwind on the well-maintained lawns. The outdoor lawn area is spacious and breezy, enhanced by a charming gazebo poolside. Other things to note Check-in is available from 2 PM onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11 AM. - During your stay, please refrain from hosting visitors or additional guests to avoid incurring extra charges. - We do not support late-night parties or loud music after 10 PM. DJ parties and large sound systems are strictly prohibited. - You can bring your pet for an additional cost of Rs 1,000/- per pet. - Illegal activities, including the possession or use of drugs/narcotics and weapons, are not allowed on the premises. The management retains the authority to report such activities to the local authorities, which may result in eviction. - Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking. A fine will be imposed for smoking indoors. - There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool. Parents or guardians must supervise infants and youngsters while they are in the pool. - Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal valuables. The management is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items. - Please ensure the safekeeping of your personal belongings. Loss, theft, or damage to items is not the responsibility of the management. - Only Aadhar Cards, Driver's Licenses, and Passports are accepted as valid ID proofs. - The management's decisions are final and binding. - A refundable security deposit will be collected, and any actual damages caused during your stay will be deducted from this deposit. - Guest cannot bring their own chef or Maharaj at the property. Damage Deposit: A refundable security deposit of INR 5000/- will be collected upon your arrival. This deposit will be refunded provided that the total number of guests does not increase, you adhere to the checkout time, and there are no damages caused by guests.
