Smoking is not permitted inside the room or on the streets surrounding the property. Please do not bring cigarette butts into the building. If cigarette butts are found in trash bins or if tobacco odor is detected inside the room, a cleaning fee of ¥50,000 will be charged. 【Late Check-out Fee】 Late check-out may affect the cleaning schedule. If you check out after the designated time, a penalty fee of ¥30,000 will be charged, and additional accommodation fees may also apply. 【Police Intervention Due to Noise】 If the police are called due to noise complaints from neighbors, the reservation may be canceled.
