Hike up hill, Aprox 200 yrds. The space The view from our property is the sell point. Simply sit with your coffee in the morning and marvel at the views before you. Almost daily you will see deer coming through looking for food from our many fruit trees. Interested in popping up a tent? That's no problem as the top of our property is a lush, wide open space. We assure you that the views are breathtaking especially in the early morning and at the end of a beautiful day. WINTER CAMPING... No Heater, but cabin is insulated. If you are a winter activity enthusiast then this is for you. Bring warm sleeping bag and enjoy a winter wonderland. NO AUTOMOBILE ACCESS in winter. Park at the bottom of our property and snow shoe 200 yards to the top. Guest access Guests are welcome to roam our property. Please do not trespass onto neighbors' property. There are miles and miles of hiking / 4-wheeling trails just down Barker Road. (Exit our property left.. About 1/3 mile you will find Lambert Rd. Go up Lambert and find yourself in miles of secluded wooded trails.) Interested in swimming? (Take left out of our Property 4 miles) Follow Barker road to the end and you will find beautiful Porter Lake. Boating, 2 public beaches and swimming. Experience the quaint town of Farmington. (Take right out of Property). Only 7 miles away. Plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants, churches, and stores to check out. The closest hospital is in Farmington.
