The house belongs to a family that likes to welcome everyone. Recanto Samambaia brings the simplicity of country life, for a direct experience with nature. Recanto is in an area of 3 hectares, which you can explore quietly. The property is about 15 minutes from the city center, ideal for those seeking rest and renewal. The space Entire chalet in an area of 3 hectares, consisting of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room and gourmet space with wood stove. It has 3 bedrooms, one on the second floor, 2 full bathrooms and 1 washroom in the leisure area. Bedding available: - bath towels - sheets and bedspreads - pillows - Thick bedding will NOT be provided. The bathrooms are equipped with electric showers. In the gourmet space, there is a wood stove and a package of wood is available. If there is a need for more firewood, a fee of R$ 20.00 will be charged, which can be left in the "box". In the kitchen, you will have at your disposal, in addition to household utensils: - salt - soybean oil - coffee powder - detergent and sponge Guest access The Chalet is in a rural area of 3 hectares, the entire property is exclusively for the guest. Other things to note We are located in the rural area of the city of São Francisco de Paula. There is no phone signal or internet on the property. But before you arrive, there's an antenna point that has a signal. Thick bedding is not provided. Pet Friendly Policies and Restrictions: 1. Only dogs are allowed, maximum two small dogs; 2. Any damage caused by the animal must be covered by its guardian/guest; 3. It is the responsibility of the guardian/guest to collect their pet's feces. The road to the Chalet is a dirt road, but in great condition. When leaving, remember to turn off reflectors and lamps, wash and store the dishes for good hygiene and maintenance of the place.
