Back at your stay, established in 2023, the living quarters are spacious, bright, and utterly charming. Coming together in perfect unison, the living room, dining room, and kitchen create an idyllic space to relax, hang out, and visit with those you love. Find yourself lounging on the soft seating in the living room, tuned into a movie on the large TV, while the chef of your family utilizes the gleaming countertops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Each of the five bedrooms is well-decorated with a subtle nod towards a nautical theme and offers plenty of sprawling space. Rest assured that no matter the temperature outside, everyone inside will be kept cool by the home's central air-conditioning. For easy access to the different floors of the home, an elevator is available for your use. And don't forget to utilize the private washer/dryer when your swimsuits need a refresh. THINGS TO KNOW This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC. Streaming services available with guests’ own account(s). When booking from Memorial Day to Labor Day, there is a week minimum stay from Saturday to Saturday. All other times require a three-night minimum stay. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
