Thanks to its large terrace with outdoor kitchen, you can live outside and enjoy the outdoors of a vacation residence. You will enjoy its large, secure and quiet wooded park, outdoor games, shared swimming pool and boules court. Ideal stay for 2 couples with 4 children. Nice typical port where you can rent boats, 250 m away. The space On the ground floor are: - a small entrance with wardrobe, safe, shelf, baby bed - a large living room with a sofa bed, television, dining area and modern equipped kitchen overlooking a very spacious terrace - the terrace is like a large outdoor room with 2 large tables, a very large umbrella, an outdoor kitchen (ice maker, plancha, refrigerator and freezer, washing machine...) - one bedroom with a 140 cm chest bed, with TV - a bathroom with walk-in shower - a separate toilet Stairs lead you upstairs and to the mezzanine: - one bedroom with a 140 cm chest bed - the small mezzanine bedroom and its 2 single beds in 80 Guest access You can use all parts of the accommodation except the locked hallway closet for my personal belongings.
