Cozy spot in a quiet neighborhood just northeast of downtown Austin. Direct access to nearby 183 and 290 make travel any direction a breeze 15 minute drive to ABIA/AUS airport 15 minutes to downtown Austin /Ladybird Lake/Barton Springs/ Deep Eddy 10 minutes to Rodeo/Travis County Expo Center 25 minutes to COTA The space You’ll be staying a private space that includes two rooms and a full bathroom with your own separate entrance at the side of our main house. 1 bedroom with a queen bed 1 full bathroom with tub Living area with kitchenette- microwave, mini fridge, k-cup machine Coffee, tea, light breakfast options and snacks are provided. There are a couple of nesting tables in the living area if you need to get a bit of work done and a 55 inch TV with Roku in the bedroom *For an additional fee the couch in the living area can be made into a full bed. If you’d like to add a guest please let us know ahead of time so we can accommodate. Guest access The space is all yours. Two rooms, one bathroom and a small enclosed courtyard. We will provide a code for the entry door. Other things to note We recommend familiarizing yourself with local ride shares as we are located in a neighborhood and there isn’t much within walking distance. There is a city bus stop directly across the street which can cause temporary additional noise and light at times. We have two cats that may cause a bit of extra noise at times like early morning and evenings :) We do not ever allow them in the rental space.
