Relax in our spacious (140m2) single-family home on the southern edge of The Hague. The house is a semi-detached house that was built in 2020. The house is well insulated with a spacious garden (220 m2). Ideal for a family with 2 young children. There is much to do on the green south side of The Hague. Park Madesteijn is 500 meters away, the forest (Ockenburg) is 1 km away, and the beach is 2 km away. Everything is easy to cycle to. In case of bad weather, the Uithof activity complex beckons. The space General: The house is located on the southern edge of The Hague, bordering the Westland. This part of The Hague is relatively green. It is a new development completed between 2021 and 2023: in parts of the neighborhood, construction projects are still in various stages of development. There is a playground 900 meters (3 minutes by bike) from the house. The nearest supermarket is 2.3 km (7 minutes by bike) and the beach is also at that distance. The nearest shopping center (Loosduinen) is 2.5 km away. The center of The Hague is 9 km away (30 minutes by bike or 20 minutes by car). Ground floor: Entrance with hallway and toilet.
