The space The Coach House is a welcoming and characterful holiday home set within lovely countryside surroundings, just 2.2 miles from the popular town of Llangollen. Thoughtfully arranged over two floors, it’s a great choice for families and groups looking for a comfortable place to relax together while exploring the area. The main living accommodation is on the first floor, creating a bright and sociable space for guests to enjoy. Here you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen/dining area with everything needed for group catering, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. Just three steps lead down into the spacious living room where you can relax by the open fire to relax in front of the TV. From the living area, doors open onto a balcony with outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying fresh air or dining outdoors in warmer months. Also on the first floor are two comfortable bedrooms, a king-size and a twin, along with a family bathroom featuring a bath with shower over, basin, and WC. The ground floor offers three further bedrooms, including a king-size room, a double, and a family room with a king-size bed and single, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for mixed groups. A modern shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC completes this level. Outside, guests can enjoy a private garden with lawn and picnic bench, ideal for relaxed outdoor meals or time spent unwinding after a day out. The property benefits from ample private off-road parking and welcomes up to two well-behaved dogs. The Coach House is warmed by oil central heating, with fuel, power, and a starter pack for the open fire included in the rent. Bed linen, towels, WiFi, and a TV are provided to ensure a comfortable stay. Local shops and pubs are within easy reach, with the nearest shop 2.1 miles away and the nearest pub 1.4 miles away. Guest access Guests can use all of The Coach House at Cwmalis Hall, with the exception of the garage (we need occasional access for maintenance equipment), and its ground within the defined boundaries. Other things to note - The property is located in a rural setting just outside Llangollen. Exact directions will be provided after booking. Nearest shop 2.1 miles (Llangollen) and pub 1.5 miles (Froncysyllte). - Electric vehicle charging is not permitted at the property; charging points are available in Llangollen - There are internal steps on the ground floor and the main living area is on the first floor so the property may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. - Low doorways throughout and some low ceilings - Close to A5, some road noise may be heard at times - We welcome well-behaved hen and stag groups. But please note no outside music or noise between 10pm and 9am. - No candles are permitted.
