The space The living room features a cozy wood-burning fireplace, creating a warm atmosphere to relax after a day on the slopes. A flat-screen TV adds entertainment options, while a convenient washer and dryer make your stay even more comfortable. The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker, making it easy to prepare meals for family and friends. Gather around the dining area that comfortably seats six for memorable meals and conversations. The queen bedroom boasts a flat-screen TV and an attached full bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience. The king bedroom also features a flat-screen TV, offering a cozy retreat for relaxation. Highridge Condominiums provides a wealth of amenities, including a fitness room, community game room, a large outdoor hot tub, an indoor pool, and private saunas. Highridge offers four Level 2 EV chargers. Charger use requires advance registration and approval. Guests must download the SWTCH app AND contact us to be registered before their arrival. Guest access After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a text message with a link to complete our rental agreement. On the day of arrival, you will receive a separate text with a secure link to provide the required security deposit authorization. Once both the rental agreement and security deposit are completed, you will be sent our welcome guide, which includes the property address, door code, Wi-Fi information, and all check-in details. Please note that check-in information cannot be released until all required steps are completed. Other things to note • Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking in the unit. • Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found on the property. • Pool towels for the sports center are located in your Condo. • Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the Condo. • EV Chargers cannot be used until registration is complete, and approval typically takes 2 days, so early registration is required. Contact KRA to register your information. • Shuttle service is offered in the Winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. • Ski home trail is dependent on natural snow. • Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo. • Highridge Sports Center is open from 8 AM - 9 PM - Seven days per week.
