Charming townhouse in Périgord Noir

Come and get away from it all in this 200-year-old house called RUBIX. This beautiful 130 m2 house is located in the center of Carlux: between the 14th century church and the 11th century castle. You will be 20 minutes from Sarlat, a medieval town in Périgord Noir and 15 minutes from Souillac in the Lot. You will find the Dordogne river 2 km away, the Vezere a little further, the famous castles and villages of the Dordogne valley a few km further. The space The 130 m2 accommodation has been completely refurbished for 9/10 people. It is composed on the ground floor of a large living space: an open equipped kitchen with a large dining table that seats 8/10 guests and a living room with its old cantou, 2 sofas and armchair. A television is available as well as wifi. A pellet stove has recently been installed. You will have access, via the living room, to a very large bedroom with a 160*200 cm double bed, a second smaller bedroom with 2 90*190 cm beds and a bathroom with a large shower, toilet and double sink. Note that these 3 rooms will be closed if the accommodation is booked for 5/6 people. The floor has 2 large bedrooms of 20 m2 each. The first contains 3 single beds (80*200 cm) easily adjustable to create a 160*200 cm bed if necessary. The second has a 160*200 cm double bed and a 80*190 cm sofa bed. A separate toilet and a bathroom (bathtub with shower area) complete the floor. I would like to point out that bed linens and bath towels are not included. Outside you will have a terrace of about 50 m2 and a garden of 50 m2 beautifully decorated with flowers. Guest access Please note, any event/reception is prohibited. Other things to note Baby crib, child step, booster seat, chamber pot, baby dishes, table and plastic child seat are available. If you wish, you can use the 5 bikes (20, 24, 26 inches and 2 adult bikes), the 2 skates and 2 scooters with good care. Our beautiful church has bells that ring the hours and half-hour from 7am to 8:30pm only. Please remember to bring bed linens and bath towels as they are NOT included in the price.
