Loft in the heart of nature

Relax and stay in the middle of nature, next to the Empordà. The loft is an annex of the main house with a private entrance. The studio fully equipped with everything you need for a weekend or longer stays. Shared pool with a beautiful view. The area is ideal for biking or hiking in the surroundings. Not recommended for children between 0 and 12 years old. The space The loft consists of a single room. Downstairs is the bathroom, kitchenette, and living room. Stairs lead you to the upper part where there is the bedroom (1.80m bed) from where you can see the sunrise. From the dining room and through a large window you can access the private terrace and common areas, terrace, garden and swimming pool. On the private terrace there is furniture for eating outside along with two sun loungers. Double sofa bed (1.40m). For winter it has central heating and for summer a ceiling fan and also air conditioning. Opaque electric curtain for nighttime rest. Guest access From the private terrace, stairs lead to a communal terrace with a barbecue, garden area, and swimming pool. The pool measures 7x3.5m and in the final part there is a small bubble area. The garden is equipped with two sun loungers for sunbathing Other things to note In the main house we have 2 very loving dogs and a cat. Guests will be able to see them from the terraces and gardens. Dogs will not access the garden area with the pool. The coffee machine is ILLY, it's like a Nespresso. But the capsules are only sold on the internet. No problem supplying you capsules. The price for each of them is 0.50. Naturally on the first day they will find two free capsules. Inside the loft you will already have capsules to use and at the end of the stay they are paid.
