The space In the building where our living area is located, totally separate and with independent access, the gîte du Margériaz, classified 3 épis gîtes de France, 90 m2, includes a dining room open to the kitchen, a separate living room upstairs, 1 separate toilet, 3 large bedrooms and 1 bathroom with toilet, a 2nd separate toilet. The 3 bedrooms located upstairs with the bathroom accommodate up to 10 people: 2 bedrooms have 1 large double bed 160 cm and 1 single bed, the 3rd bedroom has 1 double bed 140 cm and 2 bunk beds (70 cm wide). Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge for stays of one week or more. Private terrace with furniture (outside the snow season when the furniture is protected by a canvas), and common garden with toboggan and soccer cages in the summer. Private barbecue available year-round, as is the raclette machine! Fondue machine loan upon request. Located in the resort village of Aillons-Margériaz, the accommodation is located in the heart of the Bauges, in order to radiate throughout the massif (15 min from Lescheraines and school in Bauges, 30 min from Feclaz, 45 min from Chambéry train station and the center of Annecy), enough to radiate on all the hikes and walks of a geological nature of this massif doubly classified as a regional natural park and UNESCO world geopark. The resort of Aillon Margériaz multiplies on its 2 activity sites the activities for athletes as well as for families and children, including mountain bike trails, a zip line circuit, and the 7000 m2 suspended country of giants suspended in the trees, from 2 years old, cani-cross activities, astronomy activities, and of course many farms to produce the tome of Bauges and Margériaz, close cousin of abundance, as well as artisans.
