The property is 50 meters from the free beach. The town of Martinsicuro is a well-equipped tourist resort with a 135 km long bike path and a sports center for skating (national) and tennis. On the seafront, there are pizzerias, typical restaurants, where you can taste the famous arrosticini, and delicious ice cream and pastry shops. There is no shortage of shopping malls in the hamlet of Martinsicuro (Villarosa) within walking or cycling distance. The penthouse is located in a building of only 2 floors without an elevator and is surrounded by a 150 sqm terrace. Life in summer takes place on the terrace, where the relaxation area with shower, dining area are located....(see other notes) The apartment has two double bedrooms (one can become a double room with a third bed), a large kitchen with living room equipped with all appliances (stove, oven, electric kettle, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, TV, moka, dishes, tablecloths), two bathrooms (the first located in the living area, the second with shower in the sleeping area), an external stonework shower and finally a laundry room with washing machine. Other things to note A security deposit of €150 will be required at check-in. It will be possible to request the rental of towels and bed linens in advance at a cost of €20 per person. €120 will be charged for cleaning. Everything must be paid in cash at check-in. The air conditioning system must be requested in advance at a cost of €10 per day. At check-out, the deposit will be returned after the house has been inspected. Being a seaside town, it is also possible to rent tandems and bicycles in advance at a cost of 8 euros per day per unit. Upon request, a beach umbrella and sunbed will be provided free of charge.
