This is located at the front of the home (duplex style property). Giving you a beautiful home to stay at that is only 950 sq feet. When you approach the space. You walk up the stairs, directly to a smart lock with your own code. Entering the home its all right there for you. A comfortable couch, with a wonderful table, and a 65 inch television for you to enjoy. Just as you enter into the kitchen. We have a gas stove that is brand new for you to have your own kitchen. All the supplies that you would have in any kitchen. A Keurig to brew you morning coffee. A full size fridge to fit all your groceries while staying for a good amount of time. A wonderful eye of the home owner gives you a beautiful and interesting take on a dinning room table. A space for four. So come with friends or family, or invite a friend over to cook dinner for the evening. The bed is a King and queen size, Zinus cooling queen bed. Plenty of closet space and a bathroom for you to shower and get ready for your day. You as a guest will have direct access to the main home at the front of the unit. You will arrive parking on the street. Then walk to the front of the home. You will walk up the small amount of stairs to a private entrance with its own smart lock to get into the home. Once inside the space, the 950 square feet area is completely yours. This is a duplex and will occasionally have guests in the back space. We have placed a soundproof wall and noise dampening panels on the wall as well to avoid noise the best that we can within the space of either home. We supply clear and direct information from the moment that you book our home. Then will continue to make sure that we have clear direction all the way to your departure. We are available for you and any questions that you might have. We are available through messaging, text, or a phone call. You are our most important guest when you stay in our home and will be the focus until you leave. We are located at the end of a dead end street. The area is quiet and has wonderful neighbors. Everyone keeps to themselves. This location is safe and close to a main highway to take you anywhere quickly. Whether you are visiting family, going to attractions downtown, or in between flights heading back to the airport. You are close to it all. Lyft Uber Parking is on the street. Completely free. Dropping off luggage can be completed while in the driveway. Then you will have to return to the street for your parking. Once inside the space, the 950 square feet are completely yours (INSIDE). BUT the yard will be shared with the back unit. Please understand this is a DUPLEX and will occasionally have guest in the back space. We have placed a soundproof wall and noise dampening panels on the wall as well to avoid noise, the best that we can in the space of either home. To be completely transparent, you MAY hear noise. The unit in the back only hosts a maximum of two people. Parking for both the front and back unit will be on the street.
