The space When you step into our 2-bedroom cottage, you will find a cozy loungeroom with a wood fireplace, WiFi and smart TV with apps for streaming, or if you prefer to leave digital behind, a collection of games and books for your enjoyment. With gas-ducted heating and air-conditioning, you're ensured year-round comfort. The high-pitched ceilings add a sense of spaciousness, creating an airy and inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook a meal at home, including a Nespresso machine and milk heater ensuring a morning brew is always on hand. We have the basics provided for you in the pantry and a bit of milk to get you started. We believe there is no comparison to a good night sleep and have had our fair share of questionable beds... So, we have ensured the bedrooms both have new high-quality mattresses, prioritising comfort and a restful night. The downstairs bedroom has a double bed, which we can fit it out with kids doona if required. The upstairs bedroom features a queen bed with high pitched ceilings for that cosy cottage feel. The bathroom is small but packs a punch featuring both a spa bath and shower. Other things to note Pets are welcome at Kalorama Cottage and we love that you want to share your getaway with your furry friend. Please note that the property does not have a fenced yard, so pets should not be left outside unattended. The home features beautiful hardwood floors throughout, and we ask that pet owners are mindful when allowing pets indoors. Any damage to flooring, furniture, or the gardens caused by pets will need to be reported and may incur repair costs.
