The space Cozy 2 bedroom, 1 ½ bath fully furnished Waterfront Villa located on clean, clear Beautiful Lake Hartwell in a peaceful parklike setting. This villa has Spectacular views of the water from the living room, kitchen, and large Porch that faces west for gorgeous sunsets. Steps from the water, you can use 2 included kayaks, swim, fish, and explore. Here you can enjoy quiet privacy in a place where deer and other wildlife share the tranquility. Please see "things to know/house rules/show all" regarding pets, smoking, & parties. The community property has 3 day use courtesy docks, an outdoor inground pool, basketball courts, and is a short walk to Saddlers Creek State Park for hiking, biking, boat launch, etc. Inside you will find one bedroom with a queen bed and bedding, dresser, closet, and a half bath. The other bedroom has two twin beds and a trundle, chest of drawers, and a closet. The kitchen has a stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee pot, keurig, and is stocked with basic pots, pans, dishes, cups, utensils, silverware, etc. The living room is furnished with a sectional that includes two recliners, a table and a tv to stream using your personal accounts . The dining area includes a table with 4 chairs and a bench. The porch has relaxing furniture. The cave below has foosball, darts, pac-man, bubble hockey, and a Vegas style table. The Villa is located 20 minutes to Anderson SC, 10 minutes to Hartwell GA., 25 minutes to Clemson. There are grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants near by. Guest access Gated entry to community. Easy access and private entrance from the parking area. No steps makes carrying suitcases, bags, and groceries inside easily. Flat entrance to villa and porch. 4 steps off of porch to paver landing, then 4 steps to grass area leading to lake or you can use the easy slope around the building to access lake without using steps. Other things to note Please do NOT bring pets with you as they are not allowed, thank you! Unfortunately we can not accept service or emotional support pets since our family has severe allergies. Only guests listed on the reservation may be there. The condo was built in the 70's therefor if the owner upstairs happens to be there you may hear the upper unit's floor boards squeak when she walks as insulation between units isn't as good as it is in condos/apartments built today.
