The Southwest is waiting for you

In the countryside, close to Dax (40 min from the ocean, 1 hour from the Pyrenees), a quiet family house that can accommodate up to 6 people. You can enjoy a large plot + swimming pool (5X11 m) accessible from May 15 to October 1, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, petanque court, available to guests. Private parking in enclosed courtyard. No pets allowed except in exceptional cases upon prior request. Owners on site (basement with separate entrance) The space the house has 3 bedrooms, one on the ground floor. Toilets and bathroom nearby, an open kitchen with living room. Ground floor bedroom with 160 cm bed. On the 1st floor, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and another with 2 90 cm beds for children. We provide our guests with toilet paper, 1 garbage bag, coffee, tea, jam, soap, dishwashing liquid, etc. to start their stay. Sheets and towels are also provided. Housekeeping is included in the price. Guest access The entire accommodation is available except the basement occupied by the owners. Guests have a large private terrace. The pool is reserved for guests from May 15 to October 1 and, depending on the weather, it is secured by a rigid roller shutter. Other things to note Guests can check in after 4pm and since we're on site, you can check in whenever you want. Guests check out before 11:00 a.m.
