Our amazing house is located in beautiful nature directly by a nice white beach with sea views from all rooms. Olsbækken is a river where there are trout at some times of the year. It runs along the property and here you can sit on our own stairs and look at the ducks swimming by. There are nice sea kayaks and bicycles that can be used. The house is located in the old beach neighborhood without street lights so you can see the starry sky. Only 20 minutes from the city. The space The house is located in beautiful nature overlooking the white beach in "greater Copenhagen" only 15-20 minutes from the city and is 190 sqm on 2 floors, on the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, 1 with 180 cm bed, 2 with 160 cm beds. The rooms can accommodate an extra bed. There's a toilet and shower on the first floor. On the ground floor, there is 1 guest toilet and a bathroom with toilet and shower. There is also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. There is an open kitchen living room, 2 sofa areas with television at one and the most beautiful sea view from the other. The house is on 2 floors with a large balcony terrace from the 2 large rooms with direct sea views and the most beautiful sunrise. There are several really nice terraces in the ground plan. The beach is one of the best white sand beaches on Zealand, and you can see all the way to Sweden in clear weather. The house is received clean and tidy and delivered in the same fine condition. Bed linen and towels are not included. Electricity and heating consumption are charged in winter from October 1 to May 1. Consumption deposit 1500,-.
