Forget your worries in this spacious accommodation - quietly located in the middle of the picturesque Three Lakes area and yet close to Salzburg. Our stylish 80 sqm flat is located on the ground floor, is barrier-free and is only a few minutes' walk from the centre of Mattsee and the lake shore. A highlight is the private garden for your exclusive use. The space The accommodation offers a fully equipped dining kitchen including dishwasher and induction cooker. The complete kitchenette and all appliances were newly installed in 2022. The traditional Austrian tiled stove lends a very special flair, the large wooden table with rustic corner bench invites you to get together. In the bright living room you will find two couches that offer additional sleeping accommodations, a small work area and a TV with Internet TV. Numerous books and games are available. Next door is the cosy bedroom with a double bed and garden view. Furthermore, the accommodation is equipped with a modernised bathroom including a rain shower and another separate toilet. Other things to note We are a SeenlandCard company, i.e. you will receive your personal SeenlandCard from us at no extra cost. This allows you to visit around 60 sights and leisure facilities in the Salzburg Lake District free of charge or at a reduced rate. This makes your vacation even more attractive! Please note: The card is only available between May & October. NEW SINCE MAY 2025: Salzburger Land offers a public transport ticket for guests. It will be issued by us and gives you unlimited use of all public transport in the province during your stay at no extra cost.
