The space *The accommodation* This is our family apartment, so don't be surprised to find a more personal decor than typical Airbnb apartments. We put a lot of love (and we hope also taste) into it, and we care a lot about our home. We hope you feel at home during your stay. The neighborhood is discreet and the bourgeois and safe, green (Bois de Boulogne, Jardin du Ranelagh) and well connected (Metro 9 Muette and RER C Boulainvillier within walking distance). The apartment is on the 1st floor (only one on the floor) with elevator, on a quiet street (south) and garden (north). It is in excellent condition, refurbished, quiet and bright. The appliances are of high quality (new dishwasher and dryer) and the spaces are large and pleasant. It has 3 large bedrooms (16, 15, 14 m2 including one with shower), a living-dining room (40 m2), a dining kitchen, as well as a storage room (washing machine + dryer), small office, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, entrance. The apartment is south facing for the kitchen, living room, and 3rd bedroom (with blinds) and 2 air conditioners; and north for 2 of the bedrooms (cool in summer, and overlooking an indoor garden). The 3 bedrooms each have a double bed of 140 x 200 (Ikea), one bedroom with an extra bed on feet (standard height) of 80 x 200 (Bultex mattress). Regarding storage spaces, the wardrobes (entrance, bedrooms) and shelves (bathroom) will be emptied to allow you to store your belongings. You will find the beds made and towels at your disposal. The refrigerator will also be emptied, except for the top shelf (mustard, jam, etc.) and a freezer tray (bottom door). *Little extra Games* The accommodation has many board games (low sideboard), some coloring books and other games for children. *Shops* Food and home maintenance shops are located nearby: Franprix and Carrefour a few minutes' walk, La Grande Épicerie, Rue de Passy, 5 minutes' walk, Picard (frozen products) 2 minutes' walk. A traditional bakery with the best “Tradition” baguette in the neighborhood is at the end of the street, a 1-minute walk away. *Visit Paris* We are a 13-minute walk from the Trocadéro (or 1 metro station) and 20 minutes from the Eiffel Tower (or 2 RER stops). The RER C (3-minute walk) can also take you to Versailles if you want to visit the castle. You can also use the very convenient "City Mapper" app. *Guest access and keys* The apartment is 45 minutes by taxi from the airports and 1 hour by public transport (€45). Keys are to be collected from a nearby "Key Café" laundromat open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., 7 days a week. Other things to note Key pickup is done with an internet mailbox in a laundromat 5 minutes from the apartment and open 7 days a week from 7am to 10pm. Unfortunately, a pick-up outside of these hours is not possible. The neighborhood has several Michelin-starred restaurants (Le Pré Catelan, 3 Michelin stars, in the Bois de Boulogne), chic (Casa Luisa, La Rotonde, Andia), more bourgeois (Le Bois, Aéro), or simpler (Dino, Madison) for example.
