Very comfortable Queen bed, work table. The rooftop is a great area for chilling out, working, exercising, etc. Safe, gym-type cardio area. *Before booking, remember, check-in is at 4 pm on the day of booking* The space The location is great for walking everywhere; One block from the Bellas Artes subway that will allow you to access the entire city. The neighborhood is very commercial but the building is in a closed and pedestrian street so you will not have a noise problem, it even has anti-noise glass. To get there you must ask the taxi to drop you at the corner of Dolores Street and Independence Street of the Historic Centrio. There you will see the two white lions that appear in the photos and that are the beginning of the Chinatown. You must walk through the pedestrian street (Dolores) 15 or 20 steps and on your left you will see a closed street that is the Cerrada de Dolores where the building is in the background; in number 4. Guest access Registration and Security: To comply with the building's security protocols, it is mandatory to present a valid government-issued ID (ID card or passport) upon check-in. Without exception. The front desk/security staff may take a photograph or record of the key for access control purposes. By booking a reservation, you are agreeing to this security condition. Remember that, Access only for the guest of record and the correct number of guests. Upon arrival the concierge will be waiting for you, he will give you the keys and ask you for a document that he will return immediately. Rooftop and Little Gym are shared with other guests. Other things to note *Before you book, remember, check-in is at 4 pm on the day of booking* ***Garbage separation (as of January 2026): According to current CDMX regulations, as of January 2026, garbage must be separated into organic and inorganic. Two bags will be left in the bucket to facilitate separation. ⚠️ Garbage will not be collected if it is not properly separated, in accordance with official guidelines. Let's do this good work together. -We are not a hotel - No smoking. Anyone who removes the smoke detectors will be charged for their repair. - No pets -The children over 2 years old count as a guest. -Extra night is charged if you do not check out on time of 11 am. -Check in anticipado is not possible. -The amenities of the building like laundry (payment with coins), Rooftop, elevator, grill (payment for grill cleaning), cardio gym-type area and luggage storage at the front desk (tip request) are not ours but you can use it. -We have quiet hours. -I am charged if there is damage of clothes or materials or due to loss of objects. The entire Historic Center is amazing for its museums, buildings and activities, very touristy; but it is also a popular area with a lot of commerce. By day you will see a lot of people and at night it is quite lonely so we recommend, if you return very late, to do so by taxi.
