The space Located in Tower 9, 2nd floor of Trees Residences, this 2-bedroom flat is 37 sqm , fully airconditioned and is very spacious which includes 3 beds ( 1 double, 2 single beds) and 1 sofa bed that can accommodate upto 6-8 persons. Blankets, duvet, pillows and towels are provided. It also comes with water heater, fridge, electric fan, wifi, TV with tv box and Netflix, and basic cooking amenities you will need. It is also near the 3 swimming pools including a kiddie pool and very accessible to malls like SM Fairview and Fairview Terraces. Mcdonalds is just across the condominium. Guest access Entire unit Other things to note ~The pool pass is sold separately for 150 each per person a day. ~ Parking fee starts at Php 50 for day parking (6 am-1 pm). Overnight parking is Php 200 ( 12mn-6am). But parking can be easily arranged if you are gonna stay in the unit for a long time, just message me about it.
