The Nordic Design Villa

The Nordic Design Villa is located on a small peninsula in one of the most luxurious areas in Reykjavik (the name of the suburb is Garðabær). The area is calm but close to shops, restaurants (3min drive) and the city center (10min drive). From the villa you can enjoy sea view and view over the presidential residence (Bessastadir). In winter you may often see northern lights from the hot tub in the back yard. There are numerous outdoor activities and untouched nature in close proximity The space The villa is 430sqm and has 4 large bedrooms, two with king beds and two with small doubble beds. There are two large living rooms, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Weber barbeque on the terrase. Downstairs is a lounge with tv, large sofa and billiard board and dart boarb. The fourth bedroom is downstairs. There is one large bathroom with bathtub and shower and a another toilett. There is a landry room with washer and dryer and a simple shower. The south facing terrase is large with ocean view, a hot tub, barbeque and a sitting area. Northern lights are often seen in the winter time from the hot tub. Guest access House and garden except garage. 3 parking spots outside and free parking on the street.
