Please note that the property has direct neighbors, so privacy is partial. The property is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with AC and Smart TV that gives access to a dining area where you can enjoy the wonderful dishes prepared in the kitchen with a ceramic hob, which also has all the necessary utensils. The villa is equipped with a washing machine, iron, ironing board, and two fans. If you are traveling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair. A toilet serves this floor. On the same level, there are three bedrooms, all of them with TV, ready to offer you the rest you deserve. The first has a double bed, the second has two single beds and an en suite bathroom with shower, and the third, which is the largest, has a double bed and an en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. The beautiful stairs lead down to the basement, which has a spacious living room, ideal for long evenings, and is equipped with AC and TV. On this floor, you will also find a fourth bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower that completes the stay. Denia is one of the most attractive tourist destinations. It is full of beautiful beaches and a spectacular natural environment that does not go unnoticed. We recommend you visit the Castle of Denia, which is built on a cliff overlooking the coast and is the symbol of the city, or you can take a stroll through its beautiful streets full of Mediterranean charm.
