This unique place has a style all its own. Resting in an old mining town with a great view of Baldy and Wheeler mountain. You can find us about halfway between Angel Fire and Red River, both amazing ski resorts! The bunkhouse is a private 1 bedroom with an attached bathroom and shower. My husband and I live in the house next door with our 3 friendly dogs, so if there are any concerns, we are close by. We would love to host you! Our little cabin started as a bathroom added to my husband's workshop. then we added a shower, a closet, a microwave, refrigerator, shelf s, and a bedroom with picture windows. This year we decided to rent it instead of letting people come and go. Now because of people wanting more room and a queen bed and a private entrance, we added both and there you have it. I've meet some incredible people and look forward to meeting more. come on up. Renters are always welcome to come out a the back door anytime and use our bar b q grill and patio. We are rarely out there We interact with guest as much as they want. they can as for help any time. We've definitely been available. We have aired tires, set and listened, played with there dogs, and discussed their plans to move in this area It's beautiful here in the middle of the Marino Valley with all the mountains and snow. We have 4 neighbors, and sometimes we have a few cows roaming for grass. The horse ranch neighbor is building a log cabin by a kit, for their daughter. Our neighbors are all helpful, and kind. We are truly gifted here. You need your own transportation here, but the roads are always keep clear by the county.
