This large single-level villa is very convenient for multigenerational families. It has a large backyard with grass that is surrounded by lush tropical trees. Villa Fiji's excellent facilities and carefully considered design make it an ideal choice for families and groups of friends looking to vacation together in a pristine and modern villa. The space The villa has only one floor, so it is perfect for families with children and grandparents, as there are no stairs to climb. It has a large space with modern furniture and beautiful works of art. This is definitely a place that will make you feel welcome and relaxed. It has six spacious rooms distributed as follows: - The two master bedrooms are suite type, with high vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan and air conditioning. King size bed, TV, closet and dresser, a large private bathroom with shower and double vanity. The master bathroom has a private terrace, which can function as the ideal meditation space if you need a little time just for yourself. From the master bedroom you can go out to your own terrace, which has a nice living room and direct access to the pool area. - The remaining four rooms are all very comfortable. Each room has two queen beds, a ceiling fan, air conditioning, TV, closet, dresser, and a private bathroom with shower. The formal indoor dining table seats 12 people comfortably, high vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans and air conditioning, or if you prefer to feel the Caribbean breeze, you can open the large windows and let the air flow. The living room has a vaulted ceiling with ceiling fans, air conditioning and offers a very relaxing space with spacious and comfortable sofas where you can entertain with your family and friends. From the living room you have direct access to the pool area through large sliding doors. The outdoor area with a swimming pool and Jacuzzi (heated) is undoubtedly the main feature of the villa. This is where you'll spend most of your time, swimming, playing, and resting on the open deck. There is also an outdoor dining table and a seating area on the sofa where you can hang out with your friends and family and enjoy cocktails and lunches. Across the pool is a gazebo with sofas and ceiling fans to keep the air moving and always feel comfortable in this outdoor space. Guest access Casa de Campo Resort and Villas charges a USD 25 fee per person per day to any guest staying in a private Villa. Guests will have access to the Resort's facilities: Campo de Campo golf courses, restaurants, bar, spa, gym, shopping center, Casa de Campo Hotel, polo field, Minitas Beach, marina, church, museum... The guest has private access to the entire Villa. There is no additional charge for accessing our villa, but if you wish to use the resort facilities and sports, charges may apply depending on the activity you wish to do. As a registered guest of a villa or apartment in Casa de Campo, you have full access to the Casa de Campo resort, sports, and restaurants, similar to a villa owner or hotel guest. All guests renting private villas or apartments in Casa de Campo must register with the Villa Owners Club and, for a small daily fee, are granted full access to the resort's areas and services. PLEASE NOTE THAT FAMILY MEMBERS OF VILLA OWNERS AND FRIENDS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO PAY, but they must still register at the office upon arrival. Other things to note For guests who rent, the resort fee is US $25 per day per person. This fee is charged by Casa de Campo upon arrival at the front door during check-in. It allows entry to Playa Minitas and the use of beach chairs and towels, as well as significant discounts on activities throughout the resort. Each guest will receive an ID with personal information and stay details that will give them access to the following services and amenities: • Personalized service from Villa Owners Club concierges to coordinate transportation, restaurant reservations, sports, and entertainment activities. • Golf course access, including advance bookings at special rates. • Use of the gym at a special rate exclusively for villa owners • Use of towels and sun loungers in the pool located in the hotel's main area, as well as on Minitas Beach • Golf cart rental for transportation within the resort (subject to availability) • Discounts, special offers, and promotions at restaurants, sports facilities, and other complex activities. • Access to health services at the Centro Médico Central Romana (medical center).
