External Living | Pool, Spa Whirlpool & BBQ This captivating home is embellished with a private 40m2 swimming pool (1.50m depth) that can be heated (only September-November) with an additional fee, embellished with hydromassage features and lounge area with signature sun-beds. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (charcoal) at the shaded outdoor dinning area, under sunset skies. Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms Contemporary interiors, exposed beams, cleverly repurposed finds and sumptuous furnishings create a calming wash throughout. - Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
 - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 4 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
 - Additional Fees | 60€/day - Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above. 
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.
