The space Our place is big enough for some open-air bonding and water activities as its surrounded by a freshwater lake. You can swim at the lake (life vests provided), go kayaking, go fishing (bring your own fishing rods), go swimming at our pool, play volleyball or bring your kites, sing your hearts out in our videoke, or read a book and just relax at the floating kubo. Even if we are on a remote island, we have electricity 24/7 and we have generator sets on standby in case of power interruptions. We also have a water pump and tank for the water supply. This will also be the accommodation for the newly-wed couple for those who avail of our Intimate Wedding Packages > Guests 10-15 pax will have 2 options for their accommodations: Option 1: Accommodations A + C Option 2: Accommodations B + C > Guests 16 pax up to 25 pax may use Accommodations A + B > Guests 26-49 pax and above may use Accommodations A + B + C > Guests 50 pax and above may use Accommodation A + B + C + D The bedrooms at the 3-bedroom modern hut have no aircon units but is well-ventilated, furnished with electric fans and screen windows so the guests can stay and sleep  comfortably. It gets pretty cool even on summer nights at around 24-26 deg C so don't forget to bring your sweaters or jackets. The new loft-type house has 1 bedroom that has an air-conditioned room. Two A-huts with foldable mattresses are also available for use. Each hut is enclosed in glass so you will have a good view of the lake and the trees outside. We also have electric fans at each hut. Near the tipi huts is the toilet and bath rooms that has 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets available for use. We have 2 available tents (good for 3 pax) with air beds that can also be set up for larger groups. You can also bring your own tents, as needed. PAVILION The dining area is located at the pavilion which has an 8-seater dining table, and additional 2 sets of 4-seater dining tables available inside. A 6-seater dining table can also be found at the deck overlooking the swimming pool where you can eat al fresco. High chairs are also available in both areas. Behind it is the kitchen which has a 2-burner cooktop, coffee maker, water heater, rice cooker, microwave oven, water dispenser and refrigerator. Basic cooking utensils, plates, forks, glasses & cups are available but just to be sure, you may also bring your own. You may want to bring also tube ice. Charcoal griller is also available. Just bring charcoal. KTV/VIDEOKE ROOM We have an air-conditioned ktv/videoke room with 2 microphones and inputted with updated songs that you can use for free. You may also connect through our wifi and play the songs via Youtube. An ensuite toilet is available inside the ktv room for use. SWIMMING POOL A swimming pool is available for use with depths at 2.5ft (left side) to 4.5ft (right side). Lounging chairs are also available at the deck. BONFIRE AREA A bonfire area has been put up with comfortable seating in it. Bar stools facing the pool can be found here too. If weather permits, a bonfire can be set up by the caretaker upon request. OTHER INFO Please note that it's basically dry in Cavinti from March to May and wet during the rest of the year but it doesn't always follow even with the weather forecast. We're located at the Sierra Madre mountains and the climate changes rapidly. Guest access To ensure privacy and a pleasant experience for everyone, K LeBrix Lake Cabins and K LeBrix Lakehouse have designated areas exclusively for their respective guests. The lakehouse, pavilion, billiards area, KTV/Videoke room, and other private Lakehouse spaces are reserved exclusively for Lakehouse guests while the indoor 2-seater jacuzzi room and gazebo are for the cabin guests. All guests may use the floating kubo. Bonfire preparation and lighting must only be done at the bonfire area, with the assistance from the caretaker from 8PM-9PM only. Other things to note Our rate is P15,000/night for 10 pax but will appear higher due to the cleaning fees and the service charges also added by AirBNB. We can accommodate 50 pax. We charge an additional P500/pax per night in excess of the 10 pax. Kids 9yrs old below are free of charge. Note: There are also 2 Cabins beside the main lakehouse and may accomodate another group during your stay.
