Guest access Guest have full access to the entire Tiny house, the small patio on the front and the semi private backyard that is shared with the two main house tenants and their two very friendly dogs. We kindly ask that all Airbnb guest park on the street, the drive way is reserved and paid for by the main tenant. There is lots of easy street parking directly in front of the Airbnb! Other things to note Lots of free street parking available, no driveway access. This property is intended for quiet enjoyment and relaxation. Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate cancellation of the booking, extra cleaning fees, and reporting to Airbnb. Only registered guests are allowed on the property at any time unless the guest has prior approval from the host.
