The cottage is located a short distance from the Krkonoše National Park, only 10 minutes from Trutnov and is ideal for a group of 8 to 10 people with 4 parking spaces. Adjacent to the house is a hectare garden with a stream a short distance from the terrace, which will ensure privacy. The surrounding village is surrounded by beautiful nature and thanks to its great location, it is an ideal starting point for a large number of trips, which Podkrkonoší offers countless. The cottage was previously offered by my friend Lukáš, I attach a photo reference, now under the management of the owner. The space On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with access to the terrace, connected to the dining room with a table for 10 people. Also a fully equipped kitchen, a room with a double bed and a second room with two single beds. You will also find a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, toilet, two sinks and a separate toilet. On the second floor there is one double bedroom and another room with a double bed and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. For larger groups, a sofa bed for 2 people is available on the mezzanine. The cottage is heated by central heating and is equipped with all the appliances you need for a comfortable stay - dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee machine (Dolce Gusto), kettle, toaster, gas stove and glass ceramic hob, washing machine, dryer, iron, hairdryer, charcoal grill, fireplace, TV and wifi. Various board games, cards, petanque, sun loungers, outdoor fireplace and seating are also available. Of course, there are bed linen, towels, towels, jar, soap, toilet paper, etc... Other things to note HOUSE RULES: Use of the cottage • We would like you to treat the cottage as your own and enjoy a pleasant stay :) • However, please do not smoke, move furniture, or modify the equipment in any way, or interfere with the electrical network and fuses in the cottage. Do not charge electric vehicles without prior agreement. • Please change your shoes when entering the interior. • Outdoor fireplace - wood and kindling are available for the fire, stacked by the stream. Please do not use the wood chips at the workshop intended for the fireplace. • If you want to warm up, there is a fireplace and a stove. You can find wood at the workshop above the parking lot. You'll find the lighter and instructions in the house. • Keep sports equipment such as bicycles, skis, etc. outside or in the shed by the terrace. • When leaving the cottage, check that the water is closed everywhere, the light is off, the electrical appliances are off, all windows are closed, the entrance door is locked, the gate is closed and the entrance gate is closed. • Parents of young children are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the cottage, especially for protecting mattresses from contamination. On request, we will lend waterproof pads under sheets, a cot, a dining chair. • Pet owners are responsible for the cleanliness of the house and the cleaning of their excrement in the garden. • When you leave, return the keys to the mailbox and turn the code numbers. Check-in and check-out Check-in is after 4 p.m. and check-out is before 10 a.m. By agreement, it is possible to adjust the times if it is not necessary to prepare the cottage. Cleaning Guests are responsible for routine cleaning - washed dishes and grill, garbage taken out, food scraps thrown away, etc. We'll take care of the rest. Waste The mixed waste bin is by the fence next to the gate. Containers for sorted waste can be found about 100 meters from the house on the left straight along the road.
