Have the whole family and pets visit this cute lake cabin. Just a block from the neighborhood's private sandy beach with clubhouse and playground! Enjoy lazy summer days by the lake in a friendly woodsy neighborhood just minutes away from quaint main street towns such as Edgerton and Stoughton, wineries or the culture of Madison. Partial views of the lake where sunrises will delight you. Relax on the porch, take the kayaks for a paddle, and enjoy a small campfire at Lake Koshkonong this summer. The space This wonderful cabin comfortably sleeps 6 people in beds and a futon for the extra. All the amenities of being at home, because this is my home. I don't have pets, but please feel free to bring the whole family, including the furry one. I am one block from the beach and supplying you with my two kayaks to enjoy. I love longer stays (think about 2-3 weeks :-) The Driveway is one car deep and 2 wide. The living room is spacious and has a full fireplace with a TV hidden behind it that comes up on a lift. It is a smart TV and will Bluetooth gaming devices and other devices for office work. There's also a TV in the master bedroom. The living room has a desk for laptops, or shuffling paper :-) There is a full bathroom on each level, and the door to the back patio is through the lower bedroom. the other 2 bedrooms are upstairs. Kitchen, Livingroom, Laundry are all 1st floor. Guest access You have access to the entire house, except one closet in the master bedroom, but there is a dresser there. There is also a small closet under the staircase that is mostly tools for repairing, and seasonal storage. Also the garage is not included, But don't forget to enjoy the semi-private back patio with fireplace and grill. Other things to note My township requires me to have proof of ID of every adult that is staying at my house... this is strictly for emergencys. I really only need a text pic of drivers licenses, OR you can verify through Airbnb. your ID is not saved, or shared with anyone. This house was built in the cabin style (save every inch) the staircase is a little on the steep side. Average healthy kids & adults will have no problem with this at all and remember there is a bedroom and full bath on the main floor. when considering a stay of 2 weeks or more, there will be a cleaning fee every two weeks of $125.
