The annexe.

Self contained one bedroom annexe apartment with en-suite bathroom and living room. The apartment has it's own ground floor entrance which has access to a small gymnasium, guests can use this gymnasium by simple request just to ensure your own privacy. Upstairs is the bedroom including desk area and ensuite bathroom, across the hall is your private living room with large table, TV, microwave, kettle and refrigerator. Would suit working professional or someone exploring the lake district. Guest access There is no garden space for guests as this is space we use. The gym can be used by simple message request and will be available most of the day. The living space on the first floor will maintain complete privacy. The access door to the property on the ground floor is used once or twice a week for access to the bins at the rear of the property. Other things to note There is a large over basin electric tap with basin sponge and dish towel for cleaning dishes in the bathroom (should you need to). There is no kitchen, just a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. Basic facilities! The small TV in the bedroom has Pluto TV app which includes loads of live channel's and box sets. The living room TV includes Freeview and has hdmi and usb port for own firestick or Chrome. We can generally accommodate any reasonable requests with regards to bookings. late check ins checks outs etc if the property is ready. Bus stop 1 minutes walk away. West Cumberland hospital a couple minutes walk up the hill and Westlake's 1.5 miles away. Bus stop just at the end of our road 100 hundred metres or so. Plenty of lake district gems nearby, Ennerdale lake less than 8 miles away. Crummock, loweswater, Bassenthwaite, Derwentwater, Buttermere and wast water (wasdale) all within 30/40 minutes drive.
