Built in the 1990s by our grandmother and her partner, this legacy home is thoughtfully cared for and designed as a place to slow down, weather-watch, and reconnect with the coast. Walk to beaches, restaurants, and shops, or stay in and enjoy the view. Ideal for romantic getaways, quiet family escapes, girls’ weekends, and fishing or hiking trips. Inside you’ll find: Three comfortable bedrooms designed for rest and retreat A welcoming living space with panoramic ocean views A fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities Cozy coastal interiors with thoughtful, personal touches throughout Important layout details: The primary bedroom is located on the second floor, accessed by stairs This bedroom has open stair access and no door, consistent with the original lighthouse design Stairs are required to access upper levels; guests should be comfortable with stair use Guest access Guests have full access to the living spaces, bedrooms, kitchen, and outdoor areas.
