This one-of-a-kind space is central to the north/central FL springs!!! It's set up like no other for: cave diving, scuba diving, free diving groups & instruction, paddling & artists retreats, mermaid trainings, tubing the Ichetucknee River, and springs-focused activities. We ensure the beautiful tranquil wooded neighborhood is preserved so it's not a house for parties. (You MUST inquire about guests under 18 and pets.) The space A wooded 2 acre space for meetings, instruction, tubing, gatherings, and trainings. Pricing reflects the cleanliness standards, the equipment, the furniture, and the spaces - the house comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests. (If a group or family has other rental needs please inquire.) Equipment included: large magnetic whiteboard on wheels, large flatscreen tv on wheels with adapters for cell phone/computer connections for presentations (no cable tv), large dining room table and bar, large tables for seating in outdoor porch, 2 propane grills on patio, 3 refrigerators, air-purifying central AC and heating, 10 yoga mats, wifi, blue tooth house speaker, lockable storage cabinets in bedrooms for guests, fire pit areas with firewood, drying racks both inside and outside for wetsuits/towels/bathing suits, and chairs for seating. 2 Kayaks, 5 Inflatable Stand Up Paddleboards, and Inner Tubes in the garage for guest use. All of our guests accept risks of river recreation with natural flowing water bodies and risks associated with both inflatable and plastic vessels (kayaks, tubes, inflatable SUPs). ((We are strict on accurate number of guests, NO smoking or vaping in house - sensors present and 400 extra cleaning fee applied immediately, and NO pets unless previously approved)) How does this Airbnb contribute to the community and springs? We offer to groups, individuals, and environmental nonprofits focussed on environmental stewardship. Also, Airbnbs in rural communities contribute a significant amount of tax dollars through the required Columbia County bed tax as well as non-homesteaded property taxes. These extra taxes (equalling thousands more dollars per year) provide funding for the neighborhood road maintenance, emergency services, county parks, and health services. Also, the airbnbs provide neighbors the opportunity to use for family gatherings and holidays with no hotels in the area.
