Come and relax in our villa, ideal for holidays with family or friends. Located a stone's throw from Pic Saint Loup and equidistant between sea and river, you will discover the charm of our region and its surroundings, rich in sports or cultural discoveries. Spacious and tastefully renovated, you will enjoy a beautiful exterior and a swimming pool not overlooked, ideal for accommodating up to 8 visitors (max) We prefer to rent the house from Saturday to Saturday during the summer. The house: _ A fully equipped kitchen open to a living room of more than 60 m2. _ Laundry room with washer and dryer. _ A 25 m2 master suite with large walk-in shower and separate toilet. King size bed (200 x 200). Smart TV (Canal +, Netflix and classic channels). A large dressing room with 2 closets at your disposal. _ A bedroom with a 12 m2 desk including a large 160 x 200 cm bed and a dressing room. _ A 12 m2 bedroom with desk including a 140 x 200 double bed and a double dressing room. _ A bedroom with office space including a 140 x 200 convertible bed. This is a real mattress, of quality that will make you sleep as well as in a "real" bed. _ Bathroom with large double bathtub of 180. _ A separate restroom. Outside: _ A secure pool area with a 3.5 x 7 pool and a summer shower. _ A terrace with a dining table for 8 people. _ A terrace with garden furniture. _ A 1000 m2 field with football goal and XXL trampoline 4 m in diameter + a hammock to relax. _ A pétanque court (we leave a set of balls at your disposal). Bed linen and towels (2 towels per person) are provided as well as shower gel and shampoo. Just remember to bring your pool towels. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking. The house is emptied of all personal effects, the dressers, drawers and cupboards are at your disposal. In summer, we use a third party daily for pool maintenance and garden watering. They usually come by early in the morning and will be discreet. Other things to note Our neighborhood is a residential area of the village where Sunday walkers like to stroll. The house is not overlooked and is not semi-detached. You are close to the sea, rivers and hiking trails from the famous Pic Saint Loup, located 10 minutes from the accommodation. The city of Montpellier is only 8 km away. You'll love the weekend markets in the surrounding area and enjoy a countryside environment while being close to the sea. Spain is 2.5 hours away, the cities of Béziers, Nîmes or Avignon within 1 hour and Parc Spirou 1 hour 15 minutes away.
