The house is not opposite and is not adjoining. You are close to the sea, rivers and hiking from the famous Pic Saint Loup, located 10 minutes from the accommodation. The city of Montpellier is only 8km away. You'll love the nearby weekend markets and enjoy a rural environment while being close to the sea. Spain is a 2.5 HOUR drive away, the towns of Beziers, Nîmes or Avignon are less than 1 hour away and Parc Spirou is 1h15.
