Charming Historic Downtown Loft

IN THE HEART OF DOWNTOWN This beautiful, recently renovated loft is in the heart of historic downtown Chillicothe. Built in the 1840's, this space features soaring 11’ ceilings, a fully stocked kitchen and private parking. You will have the entire space to yourself and be within walking distance to all downtown has to offer; shopping, restaurants and beautiful Yoctangee Park. You will be steps away from the historic Majestic Theater as well as a downtown trolley stop. Registration #17773 The space The loft is located in the rear of the building off of our private parking lot. The front of the building has a Salon and Day Spa on the first floor and our other Airbnb on the second floor. You will enter the loft from our private parking lot into the foyer/work space. From there, a stairway will take you upstairs directly into the kitchen area. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and everything you might need for cooking or baking. The bedroom is spacious and has a large closet and trundle storage under the queen size bed. The living area has plenty of natural lighting, a smart 50” TV with Netflix included, a love seat, a recliner and a pub-style dining table. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a toilet nook area. The stairs are a little steep being in older historic building and not recommended for anyone who might have trouble climbing steps. Also, there is no door at the top of the stairs, for this reason we do not recommend the loft to anyone traveling with small children. Guest access You will have the entire loft. Other things to note The location couldn’t be better for those looking to explore our historic downtown. Booming with quaint stores, coffee shops, antique stores, restaurants and more, you’ll find plenty to do within walking distance. The historic Majestic Theater is located right across the street. We are a short walk to beautiful Yoctangee Park, the historic Pump House Art Gallery and the Paint Creek Recreational bike/walking trail. Tecumseh Outdoor Drama, UNESCO World Heritage sites and Ross County Parks District’s trails are just a short drive and we are less than an hour from Hocking Hills State Park.
